FCC Filings

ISPs are required to provide disclosures about throttling, blocking, and network management practices. They may do so on their own websites or on the FCC website. Collected here are summaries of all of the 18-142 Restoring Internet Freedom ISP disclosures found on June 11, 2018.

Long Lines, LLC

Summary (June 2018): Long Lines reserves the right to block applications or throttle content to preserve the experience of users on their network. Blocking can be triggered programmatically, based on abusive traffic or bandwidth, but service will be restored after a waiting period.

Noxapter

Summary (June 2018): Noxapter does not block, throttle, or prioritize content and has no plans to create paid “fast lanes”. If congestion emerges on the network, they will “take the appropriate measures to relieve congestion.”
